PROCESS OF PRESECO BIODIESEL PROCESSOR

1. Crude bio-oil analysis through sample analyzer. Based on the results, the right quantities of process chemicals are added to the chemical tanks. The process begins.
 
2. The bio-oil is drawn into the esterification tank together with the chemicals. Oil is mixed and recycled in the tank in order to begin esterification. After a sufficient processing time, two layers are formed in the tank: glycerol and crude biodiesel. The former is drawn into its own container while the latter is conveyed into a washing unit.

3. In the washing unit, the biodiesel is cleaned of any impurities. After this, it is ready for use.
