process of PRESECO INDUSTRIAL BIOGAS PLANTWaste reception, pre-processing and sorting. Mixed waste, for example, is separated from organic waste and the appropriate pulp for the bioreactor is prepared. Separated waste can be collected, if desired. Hygienization. The pulp is heated in order to destroy microbes that are harmful to human beings. This also breaks up the structure of the pulp and facilitates the activity of the anaerobic microbes in the bioreactor. Together, the bioreactor and ADA constitute the core of the process. Here, anaerobic microbes break down biowaste and turn it into biogas and nutrient-rich sludge. The content of the bioreactor is recycled permanently between the bioreactor and the ADA -reactor, in order to achieve the optimal process balance. Biogas treatment and energy production. This means that the biogas is dried and cleaned of harmful gases. After storage, the clean gas is pumped for use either as heating fuel or for an electric generator. In addition, heat is obtained as a by-product of electricity production. The digestion residue is obtained straight from the bioreactor. This very nutrient-rich fluid is dried mechanically, the separated solid humus being transferred to aerobic end stabilization and the water being partly returned to the pre-processing phase. Excess water is treated in a sewage plant.
