NEW CEO APPOINTED FOR PRESECO

After leading the company for eight years, Mr. Mikko Kantero has made a decision to leave
his position as the CEO of the company. The Board of Directors has appointed a new
CEO for Preseco, Mr. Risto J. Pönniö (Msc. Eng, MBA). His first day as the CEO was on
7th of October, 2009.

Mr. Kantero continues working for Preseco as an active member of the Board of
Directors. His responsibility areas are strategy, strategic partnerships and sales.

Mr. Pönniö has long experience in global project businesses in the growth phase. In his
career he has been working both in sales, project implementation and management
roles on an international level.
