A new minority shareholder for Preseco Oy

Preseco Oy and investment company Pontos have agreed on Pontos becoming a new minority shareholder of Preseco Oy. With this agreement, Pontos invests in Preseco Oy.  Pontos will be a new strategic owner of Preseco bringing significant know-how of international project business.  For Pontos, Preseco Oy has a business concept worth investing in. 

Preseco Oy and Pontos signed the agreement in Espoo, Finland on September 23rd, 2009.

The participation of Pontos will bring international project business know-how to the company. With the agreement Pontos strengthens the entrepreneurial way of conducting Preseco and brings expertise and support in entering the Russian market.

Pontos believes in the concept of Preseco

Pontos sees high added value in Preseco´s business concept to combine technologies with services and financing. Pontos invests in the company also because it sees Preseco as a forerunner in its segment of environmental and energy business.

Preseco will become an internationally significant player in the future

This new co-operation aims at creating a fruitful and versatile, long-term partnership.
